This imaginative design was for the Bauhaus-Museum in Weimar in 2003. It shows a strong use of negative space: most of the poster is empty. Note the similarity between the tubular steel shape of the chair and the bending shapes of the typeface. It is called ‘bauhaus’ and is related to Herbert Bayer’s Universal typeface, designed at the Bauhaus in 1925 when he was a professor there.
